I've no idea what you're talking about. Are you using euphamisms for visiting brothels?
ha! the device i'm talking about brings the handle bars closer to me as i ride. that is, it goes from the top of the forks to the handle bars. no i lie it's the latest in brothel techniques
i've just been informed by a knowledgeable fellow bike tourer that it was the stem. sorry
